ISO 9001 : 2015 - QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
ISO 9001:2015 is part of the ISO 9000 family of standards.
It is an internationally recognized Quality Management Systems.
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:
- needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
- aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
Exactly 23rd of September 2015, the ISO 9001:2015 had been released.
It had conclude the three (3) years of revision works by the experts by nearly 95 participating and observing countries to bring the standard up to the date with modern needs.
There are re-positioning and renaming of some QMS activities that is up to date.- It encourages more internal and external stakeholder focus.
